Mish Media is based in Naarm/Melbourne, Victoria, and is the freelance audio and visual engineering passion of Mish Szekelyhidi. Services are available across Australia and internationally for onsite and online collaboration.

Mish Media has amassed an extensive range of audio and visual equipment and software to bring your ideas and events to fruition. Mish has the gear and experience suitable for everything audio or visual including live music, art installations, film work, and experimental ideas.

Mish (they/them) has lived and worked in Brisbane, Bosnia, Croatia and Hungary, and is fluent in both English and Hungarian. Their film sound experience includes recording, mixing and post-production work on documentaries and fiction shorts and features. Their work has been exhibited and won multiple awards in Cannes, Locarno, Torino, Mexico, and Australia. Their musician clients have included all genres and sizes – from classical to experimental, and soloists to major festivals.

Mish has completed a BFA in Film Making at the Film Factory in Sarajevo under the mentorship of Béla Tarr, Pedro Costa, Fred Kelemen, Nicole Brenez, James Benning, Lav Diaz and Tanja Vrvilo. Currently, they are completing a BMus in Music Technology at the University of Tasmania’s Conservatorium.
